Ipod Shuffle Nano Manual Posted By: admin on October 4, 2010 at 8:07 pm nothing happens when I connect my iPod?
When I connect my ipod shuffle (old) nothing happens (the PC does not even recognize it as a memory stick). I tried all suggestions in the iPod manual to reinstall the iPod software. Whan launched the update program it says connect an iPod to update, even When plugged in I know there is problem with the iPod, and still playing music as something normal and it works fine on my friends "all teams. Nor no problem with my USB ports because my USB mouse also works my iPod Nano and other USB devices work well too. I also checked my pc and meets the requirements system. I have Windows XP Pro SP2, iTunes 7.0.2.16 and iPod software that came with the shuffle is the version 8.2.160.0 03.23.2006. Please help I am so frustrated.
What I recommend for you to do is go directly to an Apple Store, all of their products have a warranrty age even if they could go to a "genius" in an Apple store and they'd be able to help. Nearest visit www.apple.com and find a store that you make an appointment. So easy.
